As a child I lived in Ireland with my family, close to a village called
Delvin in Co. Westmeath.
Nearby there is
an ancient Temple called New Grange.
New Grange was a place of astrological, spiritual, religious and ceremonial importance, much as present day cathedrals are places of prestige and worship.
The stones that mark the site have celtic symbols we no longer understand.
I reproduced these spirals in my work in the hope that one day we will regain the knowledge lost.
